We welcome feedback at any stage, whether you wish to celebrate a positive experience, share an idea, or raise a concern. You can do this by speaking directly with our dedicated team at your Vivant Care home, or by using the links below to access the most relevant feedback form.
Your voice matters, and we are always listening with care, respect, and a commitment to continuous excellence. Raising a concern will not affect the care you or your loved one receives, and all complaints are handled fairly, sensitively, and in confidence.
