Planning Permission Granted for Vivant Care’s Second Home
Vivant Care is delighted to announce that planning permission has been granted for its second care home, to be built in Carbis Bay, Cornwall.
Headlands will have 60 en-suite bedrooms and suites within a beautifully designed setting where exceptional care is delivered with genuine warmth and attention to individual needs.
Located on Headland Road, with stunning views over Carbis Bay, the new home builds on the momentum of Bayards Courts – Vivant Care’s first home, due to open in Dartmouth in spring 2026.
Sarah Clarke-Kuehn, Chief Operating Officer at Vivant Care, said:
“This marks an exciting step forward for Vivant Care. Our vision is to create places where people can continue to enjoy meaningful moments, feel connected, and live each day with purpose and joy. Headlands will reflect that vision in every detail.”
The plans include beautiful communal spaces, landscaped gardens overlooking the bay, and interiors perfect for comfort and independence. Construction is due to begin in 2026.
