Vivant Care brought festive cheer to Dartmouth as potential partners, suppliers, customers, and local dignitaries, including the Mayor, gathered for an exclusive mulled wine and mince pies evening at the Vivant Care Information Suite on Duke Street on 2nd December.

Street view of a corner building with bright blue exterior signage reading “VIVANT CARE.” The entrance door is decorated with a festive wreath and red bow, and large windows display vibrant images. A person is walking along the cobblestone street carrying a handbag, with warm evening lighting and decorative string lights visible in the background.

The event marked an important moment in Vivant Care’s journey towards welcoming residents to Bayards Court, its first care home, opening in Spring 2026 on Cotton Road, Dartmouth. The 63-bed care home will provide exceptional residential care in a setting that promotes independence and well-being. Once complete, Bayards Court will offer beautiful outdoor spaces and landscaped gardens, superior dining experiences and stylish communal spaces; perfect to host friends and family.

Guests were invited into the beautifully dressed preview space to enjoy seasonal refreshments, meet members of Vivant Care’s leadership team, and discover more about the vision behind this new standard of extraordinary living, every day.

Designed to offer an early glimpse into the experiences that will define Vivant Care, the Information Suite features elegant décor, CGI images of Bayards Court, and tactile materials, such as the home’s furnishings, to help visitors understand the look, feel, and ethos of the Bayards Court environment. The gathering created an opportunity for rich conversations with local businesses, community partners, and those considering Vivant Care for themselves or a loved one.

Sarah Clarke-Kuehn, Chief Operating Officer, said:

“It was wonderful to open our doors and share the Vivant vision with the Dartmouth community. Bayards Court will bring something truly special to the area, and evenings like this allow us to build meaningful partnerships that will shape the experiences we create for the people who will live with us. We’re grateful to everyone who joined us and for the warmth and interest shown in Vivant Care.”

The Information Suite will continue to host a programme of gatherings, such as recruitment events, in the lead-up to Bayard Court’s opening.
